* If you wish to book multiple sessions please be aware that we need a minimum of 3 weeks between sessions to allow the mind time to assimilate the changes.
Payment will be requested in advance to confirm your booking and must be received via PayPal at least 3 days prior to your session.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the session. After that I will try to accommodate change requests whenever possible. Cancellation of an RTT session after 72 hours prior to the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee (this is to cover the 90min preparation that will already have been done for your session.)
What is included in an RTT session?
One session of RTT includes:

A personalised 15-20 mins recording of my voice that you need to listen to for 21 days to permanently wire in the changes
15 mins follow up call 7-10 days after the session
All sessions take place via Zoom so I can help you, wherever you may be in the world.
What is RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) ?
RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a unique hybrid therapy using the most effective elements from hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy. It was created by Marisa Peer, who is one of the world’s leading therapists.
Most people experience massive transformational shifts after just 1-3 sessions.
After the session I will send you a personalised hypnotic recording with tailor-made affirmations to listen to for at least 21 days in order to permanently wire in changes to your subconscious mind by laying new neural pathways.
The RTT session itself creates breakthroughs and ‘aha moments’ but the recording is what makes the changes permanent and lasting. In order for RTT to be effective, you do need to be committed enough to your own well-being to listen to the recording for at least 21 days. The recording is usually 15-20 minutes long and it’s fine if you do fall asleep while you listen, as your subconscious mind will continue to absorb the words.
What happens during my RTT session?
During the intake call prior to your session we will spend around 20 minutes talking about the issue(s) you want to address, and you will tell me exactly what you want to get from the session, how you want to feel and what changes you want to see if your life.
At the beginning of the RTT session itself we will spend a couple of minutes reviewing this to make sure your priorities are still the same.
Then I will briefly explain the steps I will take to lead you into a deeply relaxing state of hypnosis and address any questions or concerns you may have.
It will only take around 5 minutes to induce a very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant state of hypnosis. Once in hypnosis your critical thinking mind will temporarily become quiet, enabling your subconscious mind to become accessible.
For the next 45-60 minutes I will use a selection of a series of unique tools, depending on the issues we’re looking at.
I will help you to review and interpret scenes from your past that led to the presenting issues you are experiencing today.
Understanding is power, and understanding during hypnosis offers the most phenomenal transformative power to change. I will help you to identify the root cause of your issues and to reframe any limiting subconscious beliefs so that you can move forward in your life from a place of empowerment and freedom.
For the last 20 minutes of the session you will remain in hypnosis while I offer powerful transformational affirmations. These will be recorded on an audio that you will be given to listen to for 21 days or more, in order to permanently wire in the changes for lasting results.
The whole session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours. I do ask you to block out 2 hours so that we have plenty of time and are not rushed. Ideally it’s preferable if you don’t have anything too demanding to do in the hours following the session as you could feel a little tired and are likely to want to relax and take it easy.
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a completely natural brain state, in between sleep (delta brainwaves) and normal waking consciousness (beta brainwaves). The brain is in an alpha or theta state during hypnosis, and as such is very receptive to accepting new suggestions that it recognises as being good for the individual.
HypnoTHERAPY is using a deliberately induced hypnotic state to help the individual to have meaningful breakthroughs in the way they perceive themselves and their relationship to their life experiences, so that they feel more liberated and empowered. Changes can then be permanently wired in to the brain through repetition, by listening to a personalised recording for at least 21 consecutive days. You can literally change your mind.
What creates our beliefs and how we interact with the world around us is not so much dependent on the events of our lives, but on how we responded to those events. Two people could have exactly the same experience and it could impact them in vastly different ways, depending on how they are able to respond to that event. And how we’re able to respond to an event depends on the state of mind of the individual, which in turn depends on everything else they have experienced in their unique life.
So whilst we cannot change past events in our lives, we can change the way those events show up in our lives today, how they impact our current life experience.
Here are some facts I tell my clients about hypnosis before a session :
- You are always in control
- Your mind will only accept suggestions that it recognises as being good for you.
- It’s impossible to stay ‘stuck’ in hypnosis, just like you can’t stay stuck in sleep.
- Anyone can be hypnotised.
- In terms of what’s happening in the brain, hypnosis is the same as meditation. You’ll be in an alpha or theta brain state as opposed to the usual beta state of normal waking consciousness.
- You’ll feel relaxed, comfortable, safe and you’ll be able to remember everything about the session.
