My story
I had an RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) session myself to overcome childhood trauma and the resulting anxiety and depression I had lived with for decades. I was so blown away by RTT that I decided to spend the next year training to be an RTT practitioner so that I could help others to experience the same life-changing transformation I had experienced.

When I was twenty-one, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and at forty-one with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I have had multiple RTT sessions to help reverse the symptoms of these chronic illnesses and am passionate about helping others to do the same.

RTT has helped me so much in my own life. It opened the door to more joyful and peaceful living, better relationships, more work satisfaction and a healthier lifestyle. I’m so grateful for this incredible method and the impact it has had on my life and I’m honoured to be able to share it with others.

I was trained in RTT by Marisa Peer, who is one of the world’s leading therapists and the founder of RTT. Rapid Transformational Therapy is a unique and multi-award-winning therapy based on neuroscience.
