1. What is RTT®?

RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a powerful award-winning therapeutic approach that combines the most effective tools from hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP).

Created by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, RTT works with the subconscious mind to uncover and transform the root causes of challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and limiting beliefs.

At the heart of RTT is hypnosis — a completely natural and safe state of deep relaxation where your mind is more open and at the same time focused.

Many of my clients describe it as feeling like a deeply restorative meditation, but with life-changing insights. RTT helps us uncover the root cause of an issue, reframe it with compassion, and create new, empowering beliefs that support the life you want to live.

2. What happens in an RTT session?

Each session begins with a conversation about what you’d like to focus on and the changes you’d like to experience. You’ll then be guided into a state of hypnosis, where we can access the subconscious mind to uncover and release the root causes of patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you.


Together we work to reframe those old stories, and I’ll create a personalised recording for you to listen to daily for 21 days, helping to reinforce and integrate the transformation.

3. What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation and focus — very much like meditation. You’re fully aware, in control, and able to talk with me the whole time. It’s just a way of gently accessing the subconscious mind, where deep healing and lasting change happen.

4. Will I remember the session?

Yes. You’ll remember everything we explore together. That way you can gain the insights you need and feel empowered by the experience.

5. How long does a session last?

A typical RTT session lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. I suggest blocking out 2 hours so we don’t feel rushed. Afterwards, it’s best to give yourself some quiet time, as you may want to rest and reflect.

6. Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No — it’s impossible to get stuck. If we were ever disconnected, you would naturally come out of hypnosis on your own after a few moments (or simply drift into a short nap and wake up feeling refreshed). I’ll always be there to guide you, and if needed, we’ll reconnect immediately.

7. What if I already know the root cause of the anxiety?

Even if you think you know, RTT often reveals deeper insights your conscious mind hasn’t yet connected. The subconscious always shows us exactly what’s needed. That fresh understanding, paired with your personalised recording, is what creates lasting transformation.

8. Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are held online via Zoom (or another platform if you prefer). This means you can do the work from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.
